1、负责机构（包括服务商和联盟机构）的策略制定与目标拆解，明确机构分层策略基础上商家与达人合作模式、激励机制及增长目标，推动资源的高效利用与合作规模化拓展； 2、协同业务团队，拆解机构与商家与达人供给撮合路径与策略，沉淀商家达人合作案例、可复制方法论等； 3、定期分析服务商平台经营的共性问题，进行策略输出推动跨部门协同专项落地解决业务痛点问题； 4、协同产品、数据及系统赋能，提升运营及管理效率，优化平台运营人效与钱效，完善机构盈利结构。

1、3年以上电商服务商或MCN/团长运营经验，具备国际化电商或国际化工作生活经验优先，英语可作为工作语言； 2、有较强的逻辑和数据分析/统计知识，熟练使用Excel/SQL，能体系化输出业务策略方向，能独立承担策略分析并推进策略落地； 3、有丰富的项目管理经验和跨部门协同经验，以及具有良好的团队合作精神； 4、熟悉机构成本、收入结构、生意模式，能在行业动向、表现评估、项目执行等方面以数据分析指导运营； 5、具备较强的责任心、进取心，人品正直，具有开拓精神，接受出差。
