1、根据业务发展战略及大促目标，协助制定大促各项衡量指标拆解、进行资源及流量分配； 2、对大促活动场景，包含直播间、短视频等进行人、货、场等各项业务分析，并建立和监控运营指标，产出活动洞察，提供建议及推动改善方案； 3、跟踪国际核心市场的行业趋势和营销动态，调研市场大促节点、策略、营销机制，提供前瞻性的行业分析报告和策略支持，协助洞察潜在新营销模式并支持可行性分析； 4、协助跨部门团队流程优化，帮助明确未来营销运营工作中的优先级，并对负责项目进行统筹跟进。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上用户运营工作经验； 2、具备良好逻辑思维、推理及数据分析能力，能输出有质量的策略方案；学习与适应能力强、有战略框架思维、对业务有敏感度和洞察力； 3、熟练运用分析工具，包含Excel及SQL，有BI工具（Tableau、PowerBI、观远等）实战经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力、执行力和资源统筹能力，学习能力强，适应及变化的工作环境； 5、具备良好的英文沟通表达、书写能力，有国际经历优先。
