1、负责马来西亚电商业务场景及用户增长方向的策略规划与经营管理，结合市场阶段、用户需求与业务目标，制定中长期发展方向及阶段性增长策略，持续提升用户体验、转化效率与业务产出； 2、围绕TikTok Shop大促及日销经营场景，联动营销、产品、算法、行业运营、商业化等团队，推动用户、供给、内容、流量与补贴资源的协同机制建设，识别关键业务机会并牵引重点项目落地，提升平台整体经营效率； 3、围绕用户需求和平台增长机会，推动货盘与供给策略建设，分析不同场景及用户人群的商品需求，识别品类、价格带、商品丰富度和供给竞争力等关键机会，协同商家、行业运营及产品团队优化供给结构与商品运营效率； 4、负责大促及重点营销节点的用户价值策略，围绕促前蓄水、促中转化及促后留存等阶段，制定用户分层与生命周期运营方案，强化用户对平台及大促的价值认知，提升访问频次、活跃度、复访复购与长期留存表现； 5、牵头跨团队重点项目与创新业务探索，统筹内外部资源，推动战略共识、机制设计及项目落地，并通过持续复盘与迭代提升业务结果；同时关注行业趋势及区域市场变化，为团队策略规划与能力建设提供前瞻性输入； 6、建立并持续完善业务指标与经营分析体系，基于用户行为、场域表现及活动数据，系统诊断全链路数据及用户价值等关键环节，形成从问题识别、策略制定到效果评估的闭环沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商用户增长、商家运营、商业策略或平台经营策略运营工作经验，具备较完整的电商业务认知；有平台电商、战略项目、品类经营或增长策略经验者优先； 2、具备较强的战略思考、用户洞察和经营分析能力，能够结合业务数据、市场变化及竞争态势识别增长机会，并将中长期目标拆解为清晰的策略路径、重点项目及衡量指标； 3、对电商平台经营逻辑有较深理解，能够从用户、商品、商家、内容和平台机制等多个维度拆解复杂问题；熟悉商城、搜索等消费场域，或具备货盘规划、供给运营及商家增长经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通、资源整合与项目领导能力，能够有效影响并协同产品、算法、营销、行业运营、商业化等多方团队，推动复杂项目高质量落地，并对最终业务结果负责； 5、具备较强的学习能力、创新意识及不确定性管理能力，能够快速理解新市场和新业务，验证关键假设，并推动有效策略沉淀为可复制、可规模化的业务机制； 6、具备国际化业务视角、国际市场经验或跨区域协作经验者优先，能够适应快速变化的业务环境，并接受一定频次的国际出差需求。
