1、本科及以上学历，4年以上产品运营相关经验，有电商行业经验者优先； 2、有集成（Integration）相关工作经验或独立软件开发商（ISV）背景者优先； 3、具备商业视角和较强的数据分析能力，能够解读数据并做出数据驱动的决策； 4、具备出色的跨团队、跨层级沟通能力，能够向不同背景的团队和利益相关方清晰传达策略与方案； 5、英语流利，有跨时区国际团队协作经验。
