1、参与直播竞争相关重点项目，聚焦直播违规与灰产问题，协同策略、风控及法务等团队，推动直播竞争相关策略的制定、落地与效果评估； 2、围绕东南亚电商直播业务，负责直播供给侧相关数据分析与策略支持，包括商家达人直播结构、开播频次、直播时长、GMV贡献、类目分布等，识别供给短板与增长机会，为主播生态建设与供给优化提供决策依据； 3、深度对接前台业务运营、产品、策略等多团队，梳理业务问题与数据需求，将抽象诉求拆解为可执行的分析方案，形成结构化结论与策略建议，推动方案落地并跟进效果闭环； 4、基于持续的数据分析与项目实践，系统性沉淀直播竞争治理、直播供给优化等方向的方法论与案例，形成可复用的分析框架和策略模板，支持多区域、多品类复制与扩展。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、信息管理、电子商务，市场营销等相关专业优先；1–3年左右数据分析/策略相关经验，或优秀应届毕业生； 2、对电商、内容平台及直播业务有浓厚兴趣，理解直播与电商的基础链路和核心指标，有电商直播、内容安全/风控、反作弊相关经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用EXCEL，掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如SQL、Python、R等），能够完成基础数据提取、清洗、建模及可视化呈现； 4、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推进能力，能够在跨团队、多角色场景下高效对齐问题、推动方案落地，对业务结果有强烈的责任心和主人翁意识； 5、适应快速变化和高节奏的业务环境，具备自驱力和学习能力，愿意快速了解东南亚市场和本地用户生态； 6、具备良好的英文读写能力。
