1、负责业务供给结构规划：围绕TikTok Shop越南半托管业务战略目标，结合数据分析、市场调研与业务洞察，制定货盘供给结构规划，持续提升供给质量与业务匹配效率； 2、负责商流管理与流程优化：独立承接跨业务团队需求收集、流程梳理与方案设计，围绕业务目标推动功能建设及流程优化落地，提升业务协同效率与运营效果； 3、负责目标商家分层策略制定与落地：深入洞察半托管项目不同阶段商家运营痛点，基于平台视角制定供应商分层管理策略及落地路径，推动商家层级升级与运营效率提升，并协同行业、渠道运营等团队完成策略落地。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上电商相关工作经验，有半托管/全托管项目经验优先； 2、善于学习与独立思考，具备良好的逻辑分析能力； 3、良好的语言表达和跨团队沟通能力； 4、有创业精神，工作主动有激情，有主人翁精神； 5、英语可以作为工作语言。
