1、5年以上电商行业供给策略、经营分析、营销策略或品类运营相关工作经验； 2、具备优秀的结构化思维，能将复杂问题拆解为清晰的策略框架； 3、数据敏感度佳，具备复杂数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、会SQL/Python更佳； 4、能独立承担从策略制定到落地的完整链路，推动跨部门协作； 5、英文流利。
