1、负责全球售卖物流相关需求的端到端对接与推进，沉淀需求评审、排期管理与协作机制，保障多项目并行下的交付确定性； 2、推动服务商接入与生态协作，建立标准化的接入流程、验收口径与运营机制，提升履约稳定性与体验一致性； 3、牵头新市场上线与GTM准备工作，组织测试与验证、上线协同与问题闭环，提升新能力落地效率与上线成功率； 4、建设商家与服务商赋能体系，产出宣导材料、培训方案、操作指引与常见问题库，提升外部伙伴理解与自助解决问题的能力； 5、以数据和一线反馈为驱动，持续监控关键指标与体验信号，推动流程优化、效率提升与跨团队协同改进。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上产品运营、物流运营、商家运营、服务商运营或跨境电商运营经验，有跨境物流、履约平台、新市场上线或GTM项目经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的跨域协同和外部沟通能力，能同时面向内部产品、运营、业务团队以及外部服务商、商家推进项目； 3、具备较强的项目管理和执行能力，能拆解上线计划、测试路径、问题优先级和责任人，并推动问题按节奏闭环，具备数据意识和问题分析能力，能通过测试通过率、异常类型、服务商接入进度、商家反馈等信息判断运营风险并提出改进方案； 4、具备较强的责任心、主动性，适应多国家、多角色、多项目并行的工作环境，能在不确定性较高的开国和政策变更场景中推进结果； 5、英文沟通能力良好者优先。
