1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网电商行业工作经验，有品牌增长、策略运营、或美国区域运营经验者优先； 2、具备较强的策略思维、资源整合能力、数据分析能力，可独立产出策略结论，驱动业务目标达成； 3、英语可作为工作语言，能适应美国市场的时区差异（如必要时跨时区沟通），能流畅对接美国商家及团队，高效推进合作落地。
