1、2年互联网战略、商业分析、数据分析或电商相关经验，有内容平台、达人生态或联盟业务经验者优先； 2、英文沟通能力扎实，能够支持跨区域、跨文化的日常协作与策略讨论； 3、具备优秀的结构化思维与业务理解能力，能够将复杂问题拆解为可执行的策略与分析框架； 4、数据敏感度高，熟练使用SQL、Tableau/Power BI等分析工具，具备独立完成复杂分析的能力； 5、项目推动与跨团队协作能力强，能够在不确定环境下推动共识与决策，有咨询、战略或经营分析背景者优先。
