1、区域服务解决方案规划与问题识别：负责拉美区域买家、商家及达人服务方向的解决方案规划，根据业务优先级识别关键体验问题并制定改善方案；基于客户反馈、服务指标、用户进线数据、案例复盘及运营数据开展根因分析，识别系统性问题和长期改善机会； 2、解决方案设计与跨团队协作：设计并推动可规模化落地的流程、策略及产品解决方案，提升客户体验、问题解决效率和整体运营质量；与产品、治理、风控、物流、售后、支付及区域业务团队合作，将业务需求转化为产品优化需求和可落地的运营方案； 3、项目全生命周期管理与业务支持：负责跨团队项目的全生命周期端到端推进，包括问题定义、方案设计、资源协调、上线实施、效果监控及持续迭代，确保区域与全球相关团队充分对齐；支持新市场、新产品、政策调整及重大业务变化的服务准备工作，包括标准作业程序（SOP）、培训、质检、知识库、系统能力及升级机制等； 4、运营体系优化与效果监控：建立并优化运营流程、服务标准、升级路径、项目文档和最佳实践，提升区域服务运营的标准化和可复制性；监控解决方案上线后的业务表现，结合客户体验、风险、成本及运营效率评估实际效果，并推动后续优化； 5、跨区域协同与经验沉淀：建立拉美一线运营团队与中国产品及策略团队之间的反馈闭环，将区域业务需求和一线洞察转化为长期产品与服务能力；沉淀可复用的区域经验，并推动成熟解决方案在拉美不同国家及业务场景中的复制和推广。

1、具备电商、平台、Marketplace或跨境业务相关经验；具备买家体验、商家运营、商家成长、客户服务、售后、平台治理或达人运营相关经验； 2、有与产品团队合作，推动客户体验、服务流程或系统能力优化的经验； 3、熟悉客户服务及体验相关指标，例如客户满意度（CSAT）、服务水平协议（SLA）、平均处理时长（AHT）、首次解决率（FCR）、联系率（Contact Rate）、解决率（Resolution Rate）等； 4、具备国际化或跨区域项目经验，熟悉拉美市场者优先； 5、具备西班牙语或葡萄牙语能力者优先，但不作为必要条件； 6、具备业务流程外包（BPO）或规模化客服运营管理经验者优先。
