1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、数据分析、统计学、工商管理等专业优先； 2、3年以上营销策略、电商运营、商业分析相关经验，有电商行业、平台大促、策略及运营经验优先； 3、具备较强的社交媒体与营销能力，熟悉多平台玩法，熟悉TikTok短视频与直播生态优先； 4、结果导向、策略思维突出、数据敏感度高且执行力强，具备优秀的逻辑与数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel及数据分析工具，可将数据转化为可落地策略； 5、具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协同能力，可协调BD、产品、数据等多方资源，在快节奏工作环境中积极推动工作取得成果； 6、工作积极主动，能够适应快节奏的电商工作环境。
