1、基于印尼市场分析、用户消费习惯、商品销售特征、行业趋势等信息，洞察平台重点货盘策略方向，对货盘的GMV目标及商品分层运营结果负直接责任，搭建商品定位、孵化、留存、拓展的全链路协作流程，联动内容场和货架场进行场货匹配，分层优化提效，不断迭代货盘效率； 2、深入分析货盘结构，制定并实施有效的策略以优化商品供给、动销率、成长及出爆率等指标，持续提升货盘的整体经营质量和健康度； 3、通过机制+产品工具赋能牵引商家运营重点货盘，达成货盘核心目标； 4、横向协同商品供应链、内容、算法、产品等团队，策划并落地提升货盘相关短视频投稿量与内容质量的专项项目，以内容驱动货盘增长； 5、主导设计货盘核心指标体系与数据监控框架，搭建数据看板，实现对货盘经营状况的实时洞察与精准诊断； 6、通过A/B测试、数据归因等方法，科学验证各类运营动作对GMV达成的实际收益，并沉淀方法论，持续迭代和优化运营策略。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电商相关工作经验； 2、英语能作为工作语言者优先； 3、电商平台商品运营、品类运营或策略运营经验丰富优先，同时熟悉电商的运营逻辑；熟悉海外市场情况或有对应海外学习/生活/工作经验者优先； 4、具备0-1的项目经验，有主导过大型品类或重点货盘运营策略并成功达成GMV目标的完整项目经验；有较强的主动推进能力并能在实践中不断总结、沉淀和创新。
