1、本科及以上学历，有电商平台营销产品经验，对营销有从前到后的完整认知； 2、熟悉营销&互动活动玩法，参与或自行设计过一定体量的营销活动、营销工具； 3、有较强的主动性和自驱力，洞察机会并能够高效执行落地； 4、有创新思维，敢于提出具有建设性的想法，有较强的工作热情； 5、产品设计经验丰富，对消费者端视角敏感，兼备商业化和供给意识； 6、英语能作为工作语言。
