1、战略性产能统筹：与内部业务团队合作，将长期的单量预测转化为可执行的人力需求，并跨多个业务流程外包（BPO）站点制定人员配置策略，以确保最佳的产能储备； 2、绩效工程与管控：建立并执行严格的绩效标准；监控并优化关键KPI，包括IM60秒响应率、每小时处理量（CPH）、排班达成率，以及损耗/缺勤率等指标； 3、供应商关系管理：主导与业务流程外包（BPO）合作伙伴的周度及月度业务回顾（WBR/MBR）；作为绩效纠偏与持续改进计划的主要升级处理节点与顾问； 4、实时响应与财务优化： 1）建立并监督实时监控框架，以应对流量激增或系统故障； 2）在突发事件期间，快速协调跨职场和跨技能的流量溢出，以维持服务的连续性； 3）与相关部门协同，推动每月的账单核对流程； 4）通过在全网范围内最大限度地减少人力浪费并最大化排班效率，识别并落实降本机会； 5、流程创新：利用数据洞察实现劳动力管理（WFM）工作流的自动化，提高预测的准确性，并培养持续运营创新的文化。

1、拥有本科及以上学历，工商管理、供应链管理、运筹学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、拥有至少3年在客户服务或BPO（业务流程外包）行业从事深度劳动力管理（WFM，预测、排班和实时管理）的工作经验，具备从客户视角管理外部供应商的成功经验； 3、精通Excel及数据建模，能够从零开始构建复杂的产能预测模型，并能从海量数据中提取具有业务指导意义的洞察； 4、具备优秀的英语书面和口语沟通能力，拥有出色的人际交往能力，能够影响高级别利益相关者，并以坚定且公平的方式管理供应商关系； 5、能够在充满不确定性的环境中高效工作，在协同合作与严格的运营管控之间取得平衡。

加分项 1、熟练掌握SQL、Python或高级数据可视化工具（如Tableau、Power BI），以进行深度分析； 2、具有电商平台或科技公司的相关工作经验。
