1、大促及常态化营销产品规划与落地保障：主导大促及常态化营销底层产品的长期产品路径图规划，联动产品识别商业卡点，将高度依赖人工的运营经验抽象并沉淀为系统化产品解决方案；落地国际化平台大促保障机制，做好用户调研、需求管理、问题管理、GTM等，保障大促顺利开展及结果的达成，并探索国际化平台大促功能日常化及规模化提效； 2、跨部门资源协同与SOP建立：作为产品运营核心枢纽，横向拉齐业务、研发、数据、设计等多方资源，建立高效的跨部门协同与敏捷需求推动SOP； 3、运营策略制定与核心项目交付：深入理解业务场景，基于产品不同能力和阶段、受众，制定运营目标与机制，并实施针对性的产品运营策略；精准排定产品策略优先级，保障核心大促项目的高质量交付与收益兑现； 4、需求与数据分析及产品优化推动：主动了解和分析行业/商家/运营等角色对活动营销的诉求及存在的卡点，提出合理化需求建议，整理和提炼成产品需求文档，推动产品功能迭代；注重日常及阶段性产品使用数据、推广效果的分析，制定有效动作进行效果提升或产品优化。

1、5年及以上电商运营、电商产品运营等相关经验，必须有电商平台大促及营销活动产品运营经验，有国际化平台活动营销/平台大促经验优先； 2、熟悉电商短视频或直播玩法及商城玩法，具有活动创意策划、数据分析、用户产品推动能力； 3、具备较强的数据感知力与分析能力，有项目管理经验和能力，能协调和调动资源达成目标； 4、良好的沟通表达能力，执行力强，自我驱动，思维活跃； 5、具备跨团队领导力与复杂项目操盘能力； 6、英语能作为工作语言者优先。
