1、负责TikTok Shop直播用户增长与营销产品方向，作为模块POC推动制定业务策略、产品规划及阶段性目标，对直播支付用户规模、用户活跃及GMV增长负责； 2、深入理解不同国家和市场的消费习惯及直播生态，识别关键增长机会，围绕DAC/MAC/GMV等核心指标，搭建用户分层、策略实验和效果评估体系，持续提升新客转化、用户留存与复购； 3、规划和建设直播营销工具，包括但不限于优惠券、限时折扣、秒杀、满减、赠品、互动任务及平台补贴等产品能力，优化营销权益设计与直播间表达，平衡平台投入效率与商家、达人长期经营收益； 4、协同用户增长、营销、大促、推荐搜索等团队，完善直播流量发现与本地化交易体验，推动跨团队复杂项目高质量落地； 5、通过数据分析、用户调研和市场洞察推动产品创新，沉淀可规模化复制的增长方法，完成复杂方向拆解和关键项目攻坚，提升直播策略与产品能力。

1、有5年以上电商、本地生活、广告等商业化业务的用户增长、营销策略或营销产品经验，同时具备To B端和To C端产品经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的业务判断与策略能力，具备扎实的数据分析和用户洞察能力，熟悉用户分层、增长漏斗、营销补贴效率及实验评估等方法，能够从业务目标出发完成机会识别、策略制定、产品规划、资源配置及效果复盘，并对增长结果负责； 3、有复杂业务或模块POC经验，具备较强的项目管理和横向协同能力，能够整合多方资源、推动关键决策并实现业务突破； 4、对直播、内容电商及国际化市场有热情，熟悉全球相关产品、竞争格局及行业趋势； 5、英语流利，可作为工作语言；有国际学习、工作或生活经历者优先。
