1、负责国际电商平台招商与商家成长运营，以提升可售商家数、商家活跃度及GMV增长为核心目标； 2、围绕商家全生命周期开展分层运营，识别新手、成长、优质及标杆商家的关键需求，制定差异化的激活、留存与成长策略； 3、策划并落地招商活动、邮件营销、数字营销、商家任务、激励政策、商家社群、商家研讨会及其他教育活动，提升商家触达与参与效率； 4、搭建本地化商家教育与成长内容，覆盖平台规则、店铺运营、选品、流量与广告、物流履约、售后及合规等核心经营场景； 5、通过数据驱动的方法分析商家生命周期、经营表现与核心痛点，识别可通过规模化运营解决的增长机会，并持续优化策略； 6、收集商家反馈与经营问题，推动相关团队完成问题闭环，持续优化卖家体验与商家经营效率，同时与算法、用户增长、市场、产品、招商、客服及履约等团队协作，推动规模化项目落地，赋能万级以上卖家增长。

1、本科学历及以上，3年以上电商相关工作经验；具备跨境电商、平台商家运营或商家增长经验者优先； 2、具备规模化用户或商家增长经验，熟悉招商、激励政策、市场营销、广告投放、商家社群及商家教育等运营手段； 3、具备商家全生命周期运营思维，能够围绕商家激活、活跃、留存、成长及GMV提升设计并落地运营策略； 4、对数据敏感，能够定义目标、搭建指标、跟踪进展，分析复杂业务问题并识别增长机会，持续迭代运营策略； 5、具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够与不同职能及层级的合作方共同推进复杂项目落地； 6、学习能力强，积极主动，适应变化，具备较强的责任心、执行力；英语或葡萄牙语流利，具备拉美市场，特别是巴西市场工作经验者优先。
