1、负责国际电商开放平台API生态的整体运营，制定API产品的GTM（Go-To-Market）策略并落地执行，推动API使用渗透率、API渠道业务贡献等指标达成； 2、深度理解平台商家与开发者的需求，设计端到端的API接入和集成解决方案，串联电商全链路业务场景，提升开发者集成效率和满意度； 3、负责API开发者集成体验：规划、撰写并维护API接入文档、集成指南、最佳实践、FAQ和开发者教程，建立文档质量标准和风格规范，降低开发者接入门槛； 4、与产品、技术、架构团队紧密协作，参与Open API产品的设计评审，从运营和开发者视角提出接口易用性、合理性优化建议，确保API设计符合业务需求和开发者使用习惯； 5、建立API运营数据看板，监控API健康度、调用成功率、开发者留存等指标，定期输出API需求/质量分析报告，驱动API能力迭代与API质量优化。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网平台运营、API运营、开发者运营或B端产品运营经验，有电商开放平台、SaaS平台、API生态运营经验者优先； 2、具备基本的技术理解力和API相关知识，熟悉RESTful API设计规范，能读懂接口文档和基础代码逻辑，具备撰写高质量技术文档、集成指南和开发者教程的能力； 3、具备优秀的业务敏感度和系统思维，能够快速理解电商业务逻辑和系统集成场景，将复杂的技术概念转化为开发者易于理解的内容和解决方案； 4、具备出色的沟通协作和项目推进能力，自驱力强，结果导向，能够在跨部门、跨时区的复杂环境中协调资源，推动策略落地和问题解决，能够同时管理多个项目，具备问题解决能力； 5、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、定位机会，制定数据驱动的运营策略； 6、优秀的中英文双语沟通和写作能力，能够支持全球开发者和国际合作伙伴的运营服务，有国际化产品或国际化团队协作经验者优先。
