1、协助主管开展结算运营团队管理工作，涵盖人员招聘选拔、员工培训等； 2、组织制定结算规章制度，搭建全环节SOP体系，保障结算工作合规、准确、高效； 3、统筹电商物流日常结算全流程，包括结算合同审核、价卡配置、计费、结算及付款等，确保合规高效； 4、联动产品研发团队，制定系统结算能力建设规划与产品路径图，协调资源推动系统落地，参与新功能测试并出具测试报告； 5、结算项目与风控管理： 1）协同上游团队参与物流新项目，制定适配的结算方案，保障项目结算工作按时落地； 2）搭建体系化风控管理机制，及时识别并降低结算运营风险，联合各方制定长效解决方案； 3）完善商家侧结算问题承接流程，处理计费异常，提升商家物流结算体验； 4）完成其他必要的结算工作事项。

1、本科及以上学历，优先财务/会计相关专业； 2、4年以上电商或物流企业结算相关工作经验； 3、对数字敏感、细致认真、有耐心、有较强的责任感，工作积极主动； 4、具备良好的人际关系和沟通能力，有团队协作精神； 5、熟练使用办公软件如Excel、PPT，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先； 6、英文口语流利，可以作为工作语言。
