1、负责跨境品类商品的品质标准、测试标准、验货标准的制定和迭代，保障商品的品质合规以及用户的商品使用体验； 2、负责协同商品治理、合规等团队，执行及优化品类质量管控策略和商家治理策略，预防降低入库品的质量风险和重点商品的促销活动准出风险，减少业务损失； 3、负责协同仓检团队，制定入库质检标准及抽检策略，监督质检员的过程执行并给予培训支持，把控入库质检环节的有效性，并合理降低仓检成本； 4、监督分析商品的质量数据表现，识别风险商品并对商品质量和处理方案给出明确判断，治理下架不合格品，整改品推进改善完成，确保产品质量的稳定性和一致性，为用户对商品质量的评价负责； 5、负责协同行业线，制定相关品控策略及开展品控相关动作等，支持业务创新及增长等。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上电商、跨境电商、零售行业的品质管理工作经验，熟悉商品全生命周期质量管控流程，精通制定产品质量标准、品质管控及商家质量提升策略； 2、文字和表述能力强，能制定逻辑清晰的SOP、SIP、标准、协作文档等； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力、数据敏感度高，能敏锐通过商品质量数据表现，识别异常问题，降低风险； 4、该岗位需具备良好的品质观，做事公平客观、坚守原则和有判断力，个人的自驱力、主观能动性、协作能力强。
