日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据探索与信号挖掘：协助分析主流物流商（如USPS、UPS、FedEx等）的运营数据与轨迹特征，协助将复杂的物流数据转化为结构化、可落地的风险识别信号； 2、风险案件排查：参与物流欺诈、异常轨迹、邮资滥用等复杂风险案件的深度排查与溯源分析，沉淀作弊手法，辅助策略迭代； 3、策略效果跟踪：协助监控和评估现有物流风控策略的运行效果，通过数据分析发现策略漏洞并提出优化建议； 4、跨部门协同支持：协助策略专家完成与算法、数据及工程团队的日常沟通，确保风控策略的平稳落地； 5、你将收获什么： 1）业务场景：直接接触出海电商最核心、最前沿的物流风控对抗，积累含金量较高的业界风控经验； 2）1对1导师带教：风控策略专家带教，指导你熟悉从数据分析到策略落地的全链路； 3）国际化视野：与分布在全球各地的跨国团队协同工作，提升全球化协作与英语实战能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，物流管理、供应链、数据科学、信息管理、数学/统计学等相关专业优先； 2、数据基本功：具备良好的数据分析敏感度，熟练掌握SQL，能独立完成基础的数据提取与清洗（有Python/R分析经验者加分）； 3、物流基础认知：对跨境电商、3PL/4PL、首公里与末端配送模式有基础概念；有电商物流、物流商运营或风控相关实习经验者优先； 4、语言与协作：中英文流利，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力，能适应国际化团队的协作节奏； 5、软实力：具备自驱力、快速学习能力和逻辑推理能力，面对复杂的作弊对抗有好奇心和钻研精神； 6、实习时间：每周可实习4天及以上，持续3个月以上（可实习6个月及长期实习者优先）。
