1、负责跨境电商行业治理/策略运营相关工作，涵盖治理风险发现、定义、识别、研判、行业沟通、申诉处理、RCA（根因分析）等核心环节，明确治理目标，制定合理的数据指标及有效策略，为治理目标负责； 2、持续评估区域治理策略有效性、完善行业治理奖惩能力建设和治理策略改善提升，优化策略落地（准确率、处罚撤销率、漏放率等指标），改善消费者用户与商家体验； 3、联合产品、运营、算法团队，梳理业务痛点，制定合理行业治理方案，协助治理系统能力搭建和升级，推动策略实施，有效业务解决问题； 4、协助搭建治理教育内容（如商家大学政策等），提升商家对平台规则的认知，营造健康的电商生态； 5、结合治理场景，探索AI等新技术在提升体验和效率方面的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上电商工作经验，1年及以上电商治理相关经验，有跨境电商/平台治理经验优先； 2、对电商治理有热情，具备行业视角的治理判断能力，能做风险研判和策略制定； 3、逻辑性强，有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析定位和有效解决问题； 4、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、良好的组织协调能力； 5、英文能作为工作语言优先。
