1、电商行业背景，具备策略或分析相关的工作经验，有P&L或预算管理经验，或曾有咨询公司工作经历者优先； 2、具备出色的沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言，有汇报关键项目的经验优先； 3、数据敏感度高，具备扎实的分析能力，熟练使用Excel进行数据分析； 4、具备优秀的战略思考能力，能够从抽象概念中提炼清晰方向，从复杂数据中做出判断； 5、拥有良好的项目管理能力和跨团队协作能力，有带领复杂跨部门项目的经验者优先。
