1、负责泰国市场长尾达人生态运营，结合品类增长目标，制定达人招募、分层运营、内容转化和长期合作策略； 2、理解泰国本地消费者需求、内容偏好、品牌供给和品类趋势，结合商家与货品特点，搭建达人合作机制； 3、联动品牌、商家、达人、机构及内部运营团队，推动短视频、直播、联盟带货等业务场景落地，提升内容转化效率和业务结果； 4、拓展并维护重点品牌、商家及达人合作关系，沉淀达人画像、选品机制、内容策略、佣金激励等可复用运营方法； 5、基于数据持续复盘达人合作效果，关注成交、转化、内容产出、达人活跃、商家参与度等指标，识别问题并推动策略优化。

1、本科及以上学历，具备商家运营、品牌合作、品类运营、内容运营、达人运营、联盟运营、直播运营或相关项目经验； 2、具备较好的业务理解能力，能够理解品牌、商家、货品、内容和达人之间的合作关系，并能围绕业务目标制定运营动作； 3、对消费品类有一定理解，能够结合用户需求、商品特点和内容场景，判断适合的达人合作方式和内容转化路径； 4、具备数据意识和复盘能力，能够通过业务数据发现问题、总结规律，并推动运营策略持续优化； 5、具备良好的沟通协调和项目推进能力，能够与跨团队、跨地区合作方高效协作； 6、英语可作为工作语言，能够支持跨区域业务沟通；具备泰语能力、东南亚市场相关项目经验或本地合作资源者优先。
