1、负责国际电商业务的大盘策略运营工作，主要包括：业务策略推演、落地路径设计与机制搭建；横向拉通并推动各业务团队执行策略动作，最终达成业务正向结果； 2、结合国际电商大盘的供给生态、流量分发逻辑及营销工具（如券补、包邮等）的应用，深度拆解业务漏斗各环节的规模与效率，精准识别卡点与增长机会，并输出针对性的提升策略； 3、跨部门强协同商家、搜推（搜索/推荐）、营销、频道及治理等产品研发及运营团队，为商家端及行业端搭建分层/分视角的闭环运营链路，并建立完善的数据监控与归因体系； 4、牵引各行业团队按优先级精准落地核心项目（如：新品冷启动机制、营销补贴工具效能优化、搜推基础水位提升等）；全链路追踪数据达成进度，敏捷定位卡点并对策略进行快速迭代与调优； 5、围绕核心业务链路（含供给质量与营销转化）的“量、质、效”，持续沉淀和提炼各环节的通用方法论，并推动相关策略的标准化与产品化赋能，实现全局提效。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上电商平台策略/平台运营相关工作经验； 2、具备策略体系搭建或大盘运营经验，了解电商底层流量分发、供给运营及营销转化玩法者优先；熟悉国际化市场情况，有出海/跨境业务经验者优先； 3、具备业务敏锐度与商业洞察力，能够精准把握国际电商不同市场用户需求的动态、方向与趋势； 4、逻辑思维严密，具备数据驱动能力，能够通过复杂数据剖析底层规律、识别业务突破口；熟练掌握SQL等数据处理工具者优先。
