1、服务商业务策略分析与优化支持：独立负责基于业务与运营数据，对服务商整体业务或专项项目进行系统性分析，全面评估业务表现，主动识别增长机会与潜在风险；独立推动业务/项目复盘，沉淀关键洞察，输出可落地的策略建议与优化方案，并跟进关键建议的落地效果，为业务决策与能力沉淀负责； 2、数据监控与看板建设：独立设计并搭建TSP业务指标体系与数据看板，建立持续有效的监控与预警机制，确保数据口径清晰、结果可追踪；对数据质量与指标有效性负责，支持团队高频决策与业务健康度管理； 3、业务模型与目标拆解：围绕业务目标，独立完成目标拆解与业务建模，识别关键影响因子与核心增长路径，明确阶段性优先级与达成策略，持续优化分析框架，提升团队整体策略制定与执行效率； 4、商家运营绩效管理：推进商家运营绩效考核方案的设计、数据跟踪与复盘分析，定期输出绩效洞察与改进建议，支持激励机制与管理策略的持续优化，对绩效分析结论的专业性与可执行性负责； 5、专题分析：独立开展面向中长期的专题分析与深度研究，系统识别业务增长机会、结构性问题及潜在风险，形成具备前瞻性和决策价值的分析结论，支持业务规划与战略判断。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数据分析工作经验，电商业务从业背景； 2、英语流利并可作为工作语言，有海外跨文化工作生活经验； 3、具备较强的数据洞察和逻辑思维能力，能够掌握数据分析工具（包括但不限于SQL等）和问题拆解方法； 4、具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握业务核心，持续深化业务理解与分析技能； 5、良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门合作，具备丰富的项目管理经验及良好的团队合作精神。
