1、本科及以上学历，1年以上用户运营工作经验； 2、熟悉交易型增长与用户生命周期； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，能独立完成漏斗/留存/分层分析，有SQL/BI能力优先； 4、具备较强的协作能力、策略落地与项目管理能力，能推动跨团队产品研发与运营协作； 5、英语可作为工作语言，有欧美市场/跨境经验优先。
