1、基于东南亚联盟达人生态分层与电商用户需求分层，分析并制定适合各分层达人的电商行为引导和留存升级策略，帮助达人建立电商渗透矩阵，提升达人供给，建立稳定达人生态； 2、作为达人业务运营与策略，持续跟进核心指标表现，对关键波动开展系统性归因分析，输出结构化洞察与决策建议，推动策略调整与资源配置优化； 3、围绕达人生态与联盟业务核心问题，深度参与专项运营，涵盖机制设计、政策评估、激励方案测算及ROI分析，推动策略从设计到落地； 4、持续研究内容生态、达人供给与电商趋势，识别结构性机会与潜在风险，为管理层提供前瞻性判断与运营建议。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上达人运营或联盟运营相关经验；具备电商运营/策略经验、商家达人撮合、内容平台或联盟业务经验者优先； 2、数据敏感度高，具备优秀的逻辑与结构化思维能力，能将复杂问题拆解为可执行策略；能独立完成分析并且善于洞察，将复杂的事情简单化； 3、能体系化输出业务策略方向，有通过策略/产品手段解决业务问题的实际案例，目标导向强； 4、英语流利，可作为工作语言，能支持跨区域、跨文化的日常协作与策略讨论；有国际化工作生活经验者优先，会越南语者优先； 5、自驱能力强，喜欢挑战，持续探索新行业与新解决方案，能对业务输出深入浅出的见解。
