1、本科及以上学历，3-5年以上国际化电商增长营销经验者优先，能够中英双语工作，能够适应跨国会议等沟通场景； 2、有国际化投放预算经验优化，熟悉国际化各渠道的产品现状与优化工作细节，对ROI与成本优化有自己的方法论； 3、数据分析能力强，具备较强的逻辑分析能力及数据敏感度，能从数据中提炼出关键信息并洞察问题，具备SQL、Python能力是加分项； 4、目标感强，强学习力与执行力，简单务实等软性素质是加分项。
