1、负责大型物流分拣中心工艺规划与设计，负责自动化分拣中心整体工艺方案设计，包括业务流程规划、作业模式设计、设备布局规划、产能测算和运营方案设计，确保分拣中心具备高效率、高稳定性的运营能力； 2、负责自动化分拣系统方案规划与落地实施，参与自动化分拣设备及系统选型，结合业务场景设计设备能力、作业流程和系统协同方案，推动从规划设计、项目建设到上线运营的全过程落地； 3、负责分拣中心运营效率与精益改善，深入分拣现场，分析人员、设备、流程和空间利用中的效率问题，通过流程优化、作业改善、资源配置调整等方式，持续提升分拣效率、降低运营成本； 4、建立分拣中心运营指标体系与改善机制，建立覆盖产能、时效、人效、设备利用率、异常率、运营成本等关键指标的管理体系，通过数据分析发现问题，推动持续改善； 5、推动分拣工艺标准化与复制推广，总结优秀工艺方案和运营经验，形成标准化设计方法和改善体系，支持不同区域分拣中心快速复制和规模化建设。

1、物流业务与行业经验，本科及以上学历，具备5年以上物流运营、运输管理、供应链管理或物流系统相关经验；有全球物流、跨境物流、电商履约经验者优先； 2、质量管理与改善能力，具备物流质量体系建设或运营改善经验，能够通过指标管理、问题分析和流程优化持续提升业务表现； 3、路由管理与业务规则能力，具备运输策略、路由规则、资源配置或物流运营策略设计经验，能够根据业务变化制定合理的运营方案； 4、项目推动与组织协同能力，具备复杂项目管理经验，能够协调业务、技术、供应商和区域团队，推动跨团队事项有效落地； 5、数据分析与业务判断能力，具备较强的数据敏感度，能够利用数据发现运营问题、分析原因并支持业务决策。
