日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok Shop用户增长体系的搭建与优化，落地「用户分层—策略设计—效果验证」的完整增长闭环； 2、追踪DNC/MAC相关指标达成情况，协助开展数据分析与问题拆解，定位增长机会点并输出优化方案； 3、基于用户行为，参与用户分层与标签体系建设（覆盖生命周期、活跃度、价值分层等维度）； 4、参与增长策略设计（覆盖拉新/促活/留存/召回全场景），包含补贴策略、激励机制、活动玩法等模块； 5、参与A/B实验设计与效果评估，持续优化策略ROI； 6、协同产品、数据、运营等团队，推动策略落地与迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数据科学等相关理工科专业优先； 2、有战略/数据分析、用户增长、电商相关实习或项目经验优先，有用户分层、策略设计、基础数据建模经验者加分； 3、熟练使用SQL/Excel提取分析数据，熟悉基础统计方法，能通过数据拆解问题、优化策略； 4、具备基础英文听说读写能力，可支持跨区域沟通协作； 5、学习能力强，能快速理解业务，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力和执行力； 6、每周实习4-5天，实习6个月及以上。
