1、负责印尼TikTok Shop电商平台独立端的大促策略制定与整体运营管理，统筹平台A–SS级大促项目，作为项目负责人对大促结果负责（GMV，ROI、ROAS等指标），完成目标设定、路径拆解、过程管理与复盘沉淀； 2、从平台长期经营视角出发，负责大促在人群增长、A/B实验优化，秒杀频道、搜索频道等模块的策略规划与持续优化，围绕GMV、用户、效率等关键指标，制定可持续的中长期经营策略与阶段性落地方案； 3、主导大促相关策略的落地执行，统筹跨部门资源（行业、产品、技术、商家、市场等），推动高效协同，识别并管控项目风险，保障项目按计划推进； 4、对大促全链路数据负责，进行目标拆解、过程监控、效果评估与复盘总结，沉淀可复用的方法论与运营机制，善用AI工具持续提升平台大促效率与规模化能力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备电商平台营销活动、平台级大促的策略制定与项目管理经验，有独立负责核心大促项目的经验优先； 2、深度理解内容电商的运作逻辑，对用户、供给、流量及转化有系统性认知，具备较强的商业判断力与市场洞察能力；具备活动风险识别与应对能力，能够处理大促过程中突发问题； 3、具备成熟的策略思维与结构化分析能力，能够将复杂目标拆解为可执行方案，并推动持续迭代与优化； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通与组织协同能力，自我驱动强，目标感与结果导向明确，能够推进复杂项目； 5、优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑能力，熟练运用数据分析工具进行活动监测、漏斗诊断及复盘总结，能够以数据驱动营销决策； 6、具备良好的英语读写能力，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通、方案输出及跨区域协作（英文会议、邮件、文档）。
