日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责POP商家货品与英国/欧盟市场达人/机构的选品撮合，协助制定差异化的商家达人匹配策略，驱动转化效率提升，对达人侧的GMV和爆品数负责； 2、基于市场趋势、品类特征及用户需求，进行深度的货品与达人/机构双端数据分析，挖掘并孵化潜力爆品，建立从选品、撮合到放量的全链路运营机制； 3、整合和管理各项资源，联动商家运营、各国达人运营、中台营销活动等跨职能团队，协同外部机构，推动爆品案例的规模化复制，提升POP商品的渗透率； 4、协助策划达人/机构培训会、线上撮品会等，提升商家与达人/机构撮合效率； 5、配合沉淀目标市场的选品方法论与商货撮合SOP，通过工具化或机制化手段提升规模化运营效能。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、国际商务、英语等相关专业优先； 2、英语读写可以用于工作沟通，包括但不限于邮件、社交媒体及日常工作交流； 3、具备优秀的货品分析与数据驱动能力，能够从复杂数据中拆解GMV增长路径，并对爆品趋势有基础的判断力； 4、熟悉英国、欧盟达人、机构生态优先，了解当地用户的消费习惯与内容偏好； 5、每周可实习5天，可以连续实习3个月以上。
