1、负责CPAS（协同广告）方向的业务运营与项目推进，围绕搭建并优化全球电商业务的协同投放增长方案，推动商家出资放量与业务增量； 2、联动产品、研发、数据、行业运营及合作方，推动CPAS产品能力、商家接入流程、运营机制与服务链路持续完善，提升项目可用性与规模化渗透效率； 3、联动商家运营团队，推动全流程运营，包括招商引入、准入评估、上手培训、投放陪跑、问题排查、案例沉淀等，并结合商家分层特征设计差异化运营策略、SOP、FAQ、培训内容与激励机制，提升商家参与率、活跃度、投放成功率及自助化服务与规模化复制能力； 4、基于广告投放、归因、转化漏斗及商家经营数据，识别增长机会与关键卡点，输出可落地的优化方案，持续提升投放效率、增量价值与商家ROI认知； 5、与内外部合作团队共同打造标杆案例，总结行业方法论，沉淀面向全球电商业务的协同广告运营最佳实践，支持业务长期增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商家运营工作经验；有广告、目录广告、协同广告或电商生态合作经验者优先； 2、理解效果广告投放逻辑与指标，熟悉广告账户、像素/目录/归因、转化漏斗、ROAS/ROI等基础方法，能够将数据洞察转化为业务动作； 3、具备优秀的项目推进与跨团队协作能力，能够协调产品、技术、数据、运营及外部合作方，推动复杂项目高质量落地； 4、具备较强的商家运营与客户服务意识，能够面向不同层级商家提供有针对性的解决方案，兼顾业务规模与服务体验；结构化思考能力强，善于发现问题、拆解问题并快速形成策略，能够在不确定环境下推动业务持续迭代； 5、结果导向，责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达能力与英文协作能力；对全球电商业务、站外增长和新模式探索保持高度敏感与热情。
