1、本科及以上学历，5年以上营销产品、广告产品或算法策略类产品经验优先； 2、熟悉推荐、投放、智能调控类产品逻辑，对营销自动化、A/B实验、预算分配等方向有深入理解； 3、具备良好的数据分析与跨团队沟通能力，能在复杂项目中驱动算法与业务落地； 4、英语或多语种能力加分，具备全球化产品背景优先。
