1、负责统筹马来西亚电商平台级事件大促和专项项目，围绕重点营销节点或重点业务目标，打造可传播、可复盘、可复制的活动案例，包括但不限于线下事件策划、线上整合营销、全网传播与商业化合作； 2、基于用户趋势、消费热点、行业节点、商家需求和平台能力，及时捕捉社会热点、趋势、高热元素等新机会，并转化为可执行活动方案，联动品牌和行业打造年轻化营销创意，快速推动验证和模式升级； 3、基于项目目标，管控成本、监测线上与线下效果，提炼可复用经验，持续迭代创新策略与创意； 4、推动营销工具及活动运营产品化，包括活动项目管理及数据产品优化，协同本地化C端产品迭代营销工具，提高满减等工具的效率及用户体验，优化流量资源使用效率。

1、本科及以上学历，具备电商平台整合营销、大促活动操盘经验，熟悉东南亚地区市场者优先； 2、对营销新玩法充满兴趣，善于探索并应用新工具和策略以提升用户粘性与市场表现； 3、熟悉短视频及直播电商玩法，擅长活动创意策划、用户产品推进及数据分析； 4、对用户需求有敏锐洞察力，能结合用户反馈持续优化活动方案，具备良好的消费趋势及热点敏感度； 5、优秀的沟通能力、执行力及项目管理能力，自驱力强，能适应的工作环境；英语可作为工作语言。
