1、负责国际电商目标及经营指标体系的拆解和管理，统筹大盘及关键子维度目标测算、过程监控和动态校准，支持业务负责人及管理团队进行经营决策； 2、搭建并持续优化经营分析框架、核心指标体系和管理看板，建立对业务运行状态的系统化监控机制，提升对关键问题和趋势变化的识别效率； 3、围绕业务重点议题开展深度专题分析，识别增长机会和经营风险，输出有业务判断的分析结论及优化建议，并推动形成落地方案； 4、主导跨部门横向项目和专项治理工作，协同业务、运营、产品、策略等多方资源，推动关键项目达成阶段目标； 5、沉淀分析方法论、经营管理机制和团队协作方式，提升整体分析支持效率与质量；如有团队管理经验，可进一步承担团队建设和人才培养职责。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上经营分析、商业分析或相关工作经验，有国际电商、交易平台或复杂业务分析经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力和较强的业务理解能力，能够围绕复杂业务问题进行目标拆解、归因分析、策略判断和结果跟踪； 4、熟练使用Excel、SQL、Python等数据分析工具，具备较完整的专题分析和建模经验； 5、具备良好的跨团队协同和项目推动能力，有团队管理、带人经验，或具备成熟的横向牵引和项目统筹经验者优先，能够在多方参与、目标复杂的环境中推动共识形成和事项落地； 6、具备较强的业务敏感度和判断力，能够从经营视角识别关键问题，为业务决策提供有效支持。
