1、本科及以上学历，4年活动运营工作经验，C端电商经验优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于实操解读数据、进行预测，并转化为运营动作，从而构建数据框架和落地方案； 3、具备出色的项目管理技能，能够处理多个工作流、时间表、预算和相关方协调； 4、积极主动、自信，能够保持韧性； 5、具备优秀的沟通和影响力，能够与跨职能及跨区域的资深利益相关者从容沟通。
