1.Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication. Directly responsible for core GMV target; 2.Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to boost their level of growth and increase creators' earning potential on the eCommerce Platform; 3.Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, and translate these insights into strategic external initiatives to drive creator engagement and growth; 4.Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth; 5.Execute ad hoc creator projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders while unlocking value and benefits for creators.

1.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Spanish, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders; 2.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field; 3.Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward; 4.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights; 5.Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming; 6.Preferred Qualifications: 1)Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred; 2)Experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops; 3)Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.
