1、负责TikTok内容治理主控方向的策略建设与持续优化，覆盖短视频、图文等内容场景，围绕内容审核与治理链路中的关键问题，设计、推动并落地治理策略，提升治理效果与系统效率，结合不同风险类目与业务场景，拆解复杂治理问题，形成可执行的策略方案与项目路径； 2、承担重点治理项目的负责人/POC角色，推动与算法、产品、运营、数据等多方协同，确保项目高质量交付； 3、探索大模型与Agent在内容治理中的应用，推动相关能力的搭建、调优、评测与迭代，提升治理ROI； 4、沉淀治理方法论与业务认知，在团队中对初中级同学形成专业带动，帮助完善团队梯队。

1、本科及以上学历，具备安全治理相关产品经验； 2、具备安全治理全流程经验，熟悉风险发现、定义、衡量、策略落地全链路； 3、有大模型/算法在风险识别中应用经验优先，具备数据驱动与指标体系建设能力； 4、优秀的跨团队协同与复杂项目推进能力； 5、英语可以作为工作语言。
