1、负责TikTok开放平台B端服务的架构设计、核心研发与长期演进，建设面向开发者、商家和生态伙伴的标准化平台能力； 2、设计并优化核心领域模型、数据模型、存储架构和读写链路，支撑业务增长下的容量、性能和稳定性要求； 3、建设开放平台基础能力，包括API网关、身份认证、权限控制、多租户隔离、配额限流、审计追踪和安全风控，设计高可用、高扩展的分布式系统，完善一致性、幂等、容错、降级、异步化和灾备等关键机制； 4、主导复杂线上问题定位与治理，持续提升系统可观测性、稳定性和故障恢复效率； 5、推动AI编程工具和Agent能力在研发流程中的落地，提升需求分析、编码、测试、Code Review和问题排查效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先；5年及以上服务端开发经验，有B端、开放平台、开发者平台或平台系统经验优先； 2、具备扎实的系统设计能力，能够从0到1完成平台型系统的领域建模、架构设计和落地演进； 3、熟练掌握Golang、Java或Python至少一种语言，理解常用服务端框架、网络模型、并发模型和运行时机制； 4、熟悉关系型数据库、NoSQL、缓存和搜索引擎，具备数据建模、索引设计、分库分表、容量评估和性能治理经验；熟悉分布式系统原理，能够合理处理一致性、可用性、幂等、重试、消息可靠性、限流、熔断和降级等问题； 5、具备良好的技术判断、问题分析和项目推动能力，能够主导跨团队复杂项目并对结果负责； 6、熟练使用Cursor、Claude Code等AI编码工具，能合理拆解复杂任务，并对AI产出的代码质量、安全性和可维护性负责。

加分项： 1、有开放API、OAuth、RBAC/ABAC、API网关、计费配额或开发者生态建设经验； 2、有数据治理、跨地域部署、多活容灾或高并发核心链路实践经验； 3、有技术负责人、架构治理或团队带教经验； 4、有LLM应用、Agent工程、MCP Server、AI网关或AI研发流程改造经验。
