1、合规研究与产品定位：开展前瞻性的、跨市场的未成年人安全法律法规研究；针对关键的合规议题（如家长同意、最低年龄限制等），建立总体性的法律要求分类框架；与产品经理（PM）和法务团队协作，为每一类议题定义清晰、统一的产品定位，推动构建可扩展、可配置的合规平台解决方案； 2、复杂合规议题的叙事构建：在高度复杂的议题（如年龄验证、内容安全）上，担任战略性的产品发声人；构建清晰、有说服力的产品叙事和标准化立场，将我们的产品设计原则、技术挑战和相关努力，转化为面向不同受众都易于理解的概念； 3、对外代表与策略校准：作为青少年体验（Teen Experiences）产品团队的代表，在监管相关事务中，对接内部团队（法务、公关、公共政策）以及外部各方（监管机构、非政府组织、行业专家）；清晰阐述我们的产品机制；汇总外部反馈，并将这些洞察反哺给PM团队，从而有效校准产品策略与路线图； 4、行业对标：持续监测并分析行业同行如何落地合规与未成年人安全措施；利用这些可落地的洞察建立行业基准，管理监管预期，并为我们的产品策略确保公平的竞争环境； 5、产品迭代指导：持续将新兴的合规洞察和立法动态，转化为对PM团队可执行的指导，确保监管要求能高效地融入并塑造他们持续进行的产品迭代。

1、法律背景与教育：具备JD、LLM或同等法律学位；拥有有效的律师执业资格者优先，但非硬性要求； 2、专业经验：5年以上在法律、公共政策与技术交叉领域的工作经验；具备科技产品法律顾问、信任与安全（信任与安全）、诉讼或监管合规经验者尤佳； 3、产品直觉：对互联网产品、用户体验和软件开发生命周期有深刻理解；具备弥合法律解读与产品落地之间鸿沟的能力，并有相关成功经验； 4、化繁为简：出色的沟通能力，能够将密集、高度技术化或复杂的产品概念，转化为面向不同受众（包括跨职能团队、管理层和外部监管机构）都简单、有吸引力且可执行的叙事。
