1、负责AI驱动的企业级产品前后端全链路开发，包括Web应用、智能工作台、AI Agent平台等核心模块的架构设计与实现； 2、深入理解To B业务场景，与产品、设计、算法团队紧密协作，将AI能力（LLM、RAG、多模态等）转化为优质的用户体验； 3、负责前端工程化建设，包括组件库、构建工具、性能监控、微前端架构等技术体系的设计与优化； 4、参与后端微服务架构设计，负责API设计、数据存储、服务治理等工作，保障系统的高可用与可扩展性； 5、持续追踪AI技术与前端/全栈技术发展趋势，推动技术创新在业务中的落地应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上前端开发经验，有全栈开发意愿和能力； 2、扎实的计算机基础，深入理解React/Vue等主流前端框架原理，了解Go/Python等至少一门后端语言，有完整的全栈项目经验优先； 3、具备良好的工程素养，熟悉前端工程化、CI/CD、自动化测试等开发流程； 4、优秀的学习能力、问题分析能力和沟通协作能力，对技术有热情，有责任心； 5、有企业级SaaS产品开发经验者优先。
