1、负责IT关键项目从项目启动、规划、执行、监控到收尾的整个生命周期，确保项目目标与部门战略保持一致； 2、协调分散于不同国家（如中国、美国、印度、欧洲等）的跨职能团队（包括IT内和IT外业务部门）； 3、制定详细的项目计划、预算和资源分配，有效管理项目范围变更，严格控制项目风险和质量； 4、主动与海内外的内部及外部利益相关者（包括高层管理层、业务部门、客户、供应商等）进行有效沟通，管理期望并汇报项目进展； 5、作为项目信息的枢纽，使用中英文进行清晰、准确的沟通，主持跨时区的会议，并确保所有团队成员和利益相关者对项目目标有一致的理解； 6、主动识别项目风险，制定缓解策略，并高效解决项目执行过程中出现的各种复杂问题，持续优化项目管理流程、工具和最佳实践，提升海内外项目团队的协作效率和交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、工程，项目管理，或其他IT相关领域优先； 2、拥有5年以上IT项目管理经验，其中至少3年以上领导复杂的国际/全球项目的成功经验； 3、出色的中英文口语及书面沟通能力（需作为工作语言），能够与海内外团队无障碍沟通； 4、精通敏捷（Scrum，Kanban）和瀑布等项目管理方法论，并持有PMP、PgMP或PMI-ACP等相关认证者优先； 5、出色的领导力、影响力和谈判技巧，能够激励和驱动跨文化背景的团队，能够灵活工作以适应不同时区的会议和紧急情况； 6、熟练使用项目管理工具，具有数据思维，目标导向并用数据验证结果。

加分项： 1、有在跨国企业工作的经验； 2、具备特定技术领域的知识（如：云计算AWS/Azure、企业级SaaS实施、数据迁移、网络、安全、软件开发等）； 3、英语熟练，多文化背景项目经验最佳； 4、具备SCRUM Master或类似认证。
