1、运营安全管理：为账户、搜索及互动平台（评论、私信）设计并落地全面的安全框架，定义并管理关键运营指标（如CGVR、TCOA、审核/模型表现等），确保效率与质量的高标准，为安全项目建立标准，包括人力规划、执行机制与准确率基准； 2、端到端流程与项目管理：主导安全相关项目的完整生命周期，从规划、设计到执行与持续优化，通过严谨的流程与绩效监控，确保项目流程达到运营卓越标准，主动识别项目各阶段的潜在风险、缺口与改进机会； 3、数据分析与战略洞察：分析业务需求，提炼可执行的洞察，为决策与战略改进提供依据，利用内部工具与平台监控和评估项目表现，推动以数据为支撑的项目，提升审核质量、效率与可扩展性； 4、利益相关方沟通与协作：通过与利益相关方的业务对齐、策略同步和进度更新，建立稳固的合作关系，及时同步里程碑、进展与关键风险，跨职能团队（如产品、工程、政策、运营）协作，制定并执行审核策略，确保与组织目标、公司政策及行业标准保持一致； 5、流程优化与创新：对现有审核流程、工具与政策进行深入评估，识别可改进之处，主导转型项目，包括流程重构、技术落地与自动化，在审核运营中倡导持续改进与创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，商科、工程、数据分析相关专业背景； 2、具备内容审核运营、质量运营或相关领域实习经验，熟悉审核工具、机器学习模型评估或安全系统优先； 3、较强的分析与问题解决能力； 4、具备可验证的项目管理经验，能够端到端主导跨职能项目； 5、优秀的沟通与利益相关方管理能力； 6、能够在动态变化、优先级不断调整的环境中游刃有余。
