1、业务指标体系建设：负责UGC相关内容从供给到分发全链路的指标体系建设，搭建高效看板以及建立监控机制； 2、日常数据支持与归因：能够进行核心指标的多维度拆解与下钻，定位问题，做好与产品/推荐等配合，推进优化方案落地； 3、实验设计与回收：参与A/B实验的全流程设计与评估，基于严谨的实验分析支持业务策略迭代，量化策略效果； 4、专题分析：分析各项影响业务提升与增长的因素与细节，结合业务目标洞察业务现状及问题，给出可落地的优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL，熟练掌握至少一种数据分析语言（Python/R），能够独立完成数据清洗、建模与可视化工作； 3、有数据分析实习经验者优先，深入学习统计学原理，对A/B实验的评估框架与常见误区有所了解； 4、学习及自驱能力强，具备优秀的沟通表达与逻辑思维能力，有敏锐的数据洞察力，严谨细致，有钻研探索精神； 5、每周保证实习到岗时间至少4天，连续实习时长至少3个月。
