1、配合UGC业务完成执行规则制定等工作，对年轻用户有洞察、深度理解用户，能够根据业务发展需求及时优化或迭代规则方案，提升评估的准确性和效率； 2、执行标准的输出落地，对接协作方完成标准培训，搭建机审人审质控体系监控验收交付质量，不断优化质控方案保障质量评估数据可用性； 3、评估样本的内容分析、数据归因等工作，发现潜在问题及异常情况，完成研判报告推动业务逻辑&标准持续优化； 4、跨团队合作协调，建立完善的运营机制，协同业务、产品、算法等团队，支撑进审策略、审核标准、交付质量的提升和优化。

1、本科及以上学历，具备视频类、内容社区类策略运营经验加分，具备审核策略、审核规则、交付管理相关经验优先； 2、对内容有敏锐感知和深刻理解，能对问题进行抽象分析和总结，具备良好的学习能力，能够迅速适应规则频繁调整； 3、善于沟通，具备良好的跨部门协作能力及较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃； 4、对数据有敏感性，具备较强的数据分析、使用和总结能力，善于通过数据发现和论证问题。
