1、负责今日头条UGC活动的策划与全链路运营，通过活动拉动用户投稿规模增长、营造社区互动氛围； 2、独立统筹活动从创意构思、方案设计、跨团队执行到复盘优化的完整闭环，高效联动研发、数据、内容等团队推动落地； 3、搭建并持续优化活动运营机制（含品宣活动、日常活动、机制玩法等），围绕用户投稿意愿、发布效率和持续活跃，迭代投稿承接提升作者留存； 4、以投稿量、互动率、活动ROI等核心指标为牵引，通过数据分析和复盘沉淀可复用的促投稿方法论，探索“投稿—互动—社交”的正循环。

1、1-3年内容社区/UGC活动运营经验；有完整的活动从0到1落地经验，有节点活动（如节日大促）操盘经历者优先； 2、理解今日头条内容生态，有内容审美和用户视角，能设计出用户愿意参与的玩法； 3、项目统筹与跨团队推动力强，在资源有限的情况下协调研发、产品等多方拿到结果； 4、数据敏感度高，习惯用数据驱动决策和优化； 5、自驱、有负责人意识和创新意识，今日头条等内容产品的深度用户优先。

加分项(可选): 1、有激励体系/任务成长体系设计经验； 2、熟悉MCN、作者生态运营。
