1、结合大模型的用户理解与内容理解能力，深度洞察不同兴趣圈层用户的投稿动机，设计精细化策略运营方案，激发用户有价值的投稿表达，牵引抖音UGC投稿规模持续增长； 2、负责定向人群投稿激励策略的设计与迭代，借助大模型完成人群动机拆解与场景识别，落地分人群、分场景的智能激励机制，并持续优化投稿转化与激励ROI； 3、搭建UGC供给价值度量体系，定义核心指标与监控口径，量化不同类型供给的业务价值，牵引业务持续供给有竞争力的内容规模； 4、跟进大模型与AI前沿进展，探索对应策略和AI的结合，把AI能力沉淀为可复用的Skill/Agent资产，驱动策略创新与团队效率升级。

1、本科及以上学历，统计/数学/大数据/计算机等相关专业优先； 2、深度使用抖音，熟悉内容产品与UGC生态，对内容社区有较强的认知与热情； 3、逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，能独立使用SQL完成取数、分析与策略复盘； 4、对AI有强烈热情，熟悉大模型基础原理与主流应用范式，有Skill/Agent/模型评估/内容理解等相关项目经验者优先； 5、自驱力强，具备创新精神、进取心与良好的职业素养。
